The XL Basic be used on any area of the body, especially the chest, tummy, behind and top of head. We made it wider to help with cramps, inflammation, migraines and to lay across a knee, thigh, ankle or foot.
The XL Basic Wrap is handcrafted and typically 10" long & 13.5" wide. Sizes can vary slightly, since made by our human hands.

Every Relax Wrap may be used in 3 ways. You choose what will help you most at that moment:
1. You may want your Relax Wrap for Deep Pressure Therapy only. This helps with anxiety.
2. You may want Deep Pressure + Hot Therapy. This soothes achy muscles and provides even more help with anxiety and depression.
3. You may want Deep Pressure + Cold Therapy. This helps with inflammation. It also provides a quick natural energy boost, thanks to that refreshing cold sensation.

All of our Relax Wraps can be heated in the microwave, warmed in a sunny window sill, used at room temp and chilled in the freezer or refrigerator. Don't overheat or get them wet.

Great Product
I found these wraps back in 2009 while visiting Nashville TN and I love them! I have arthritis in my back and neck and they gave been a tremendous pain reliever. I recently purchased 2 move so I can leave them in my camper.

Absolutely LOVE these. I bought one for myself a year ago and use it nearly every day. Just ordered another one for my sister for Christmas. It's so wonderful to heat it in the microwave and use it on sore muscles or in bed for cold feet or putting behind my back in the chair while watching TV. Great product. Would definitely recommend.
