Holiday Requests

Please try to send us your Wrap orders for Christmas by Dec 18, 2020, but never include an invoice, so you can always ship a Wrap straight to a friend or loved one. We're closed on Sundays for Church & Family, but ship every Monday-Saturday as usual, so if it's okay to arrive after Christmas Day, feel comfortable ordering anytime since we ship very quickly.

FREE SHIPPING on ALL orders right now! We're too small to afford it, but we don't want shipping cost to keep you from ordering, in this very difficult year. We want our Wraps to be there for you...every day, all day.

Shipping Info

We can typically ship your order within 4 business days or less! When you place an order, you can put your zip code in to get a shipping quote based on the weight of your order. We ship smaller orders by USPS and larger orders by FedEx. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped and once it's been delivered.

Relax Wraps Product Guarantee & Return Policy

Our ultimate goal is to help you feel better! If your Wrap does not meet your expectations, please let us know!

We offer two options: If you aren't happy with your Relax Wrap or would like to exchange it for a different style of wrap, it can be returned to us in its original condition within 30 days of purchase. It must not show signs of significant use or overheating.

Option 1: Exchange. If you would like to exchange your Wrap, we ask that you cover the shipping cost to return it to us and we will cover the shipping cost to return your replacement to you. If your Wrap has a defect in the way we made it (extremely rare, but these are made by hand), we will gladly pay the shipping cost to replace your wrap for a brand new one of equal value. In this case, you will incur no cost for the exchange.

Option 2: Return. If you would like to return the product because it's just not what you expected, we ask that you cover the shipping cost to return it to us or we can usually send you a return label that we pay for. Once received, the cost of the wrap and the original shipping charge will be refunded to you. Please include a note to explain, the order number, if any, and the credit/debit card number that we should credit. We do not keep your credit card numbers on file.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days) and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
