The XL Basic be used on any area of the body, especially the chest, tummy, behind and top of head. We made it wider to help with cramps, inflammation, migraines and to lay across a knee, thigh, ankle or foot.

**Gift Idea: This shape and/or the Neck Wrap is a wonderfully-appreciated and often-used universal gift for males & females, which is hard to find anymore- something they'll appreciate, use really often & think of you warmly every time they do : ) The two together also make a beautiful set, so no sharing is involved (which tends to get ugly ha!).
Every Relax Wrap may be used in 3 ways. You choose what will help you most at that moment:
1. You may want your Relax Wrap for Deep Pressure Therapy only. This helps with anxiety.
2. You may want Deep Pressure + Hot Therapy. This soothes achy muscles and provides even more help with anxiety and depression.
3. You may want Deep Pressure + Cold Therapy. This helps with inflammation. It also provides a quick natural energy boost, thanks to that refreshing cold sensation.
No matter how or where you use it, you will feel better.

I have been buying product from Relax Wraps for years. I have also recommended these products to many people and one year I bought everyone relax wraps for Christmas gifts. They are so well made and hold up beautifully. I use them several times each day.. I would not hesitate to purchase any of these products. And, they are made in the USA.
I use this wrap on my back when is hurting. I had to order a new one because I use it so much. I microwave it for 2 minutes turning it every 30 seconds and its wonderful !!!
