The XL Basic be used on any area of the body, especially the chest, tummy, behind and top of head. We made it wider to help with cramps, inflammation, migraines and to lay across a knee, thigh, ankle or foot.
The XL Basic Wrap is handcrafted and typically 10" long & 13.5" wide. Sizes can vary slightly, since made by our human hands.

Every Relax Wrap may be used in 3 ways. You choose what will help you most at that moment:
1. You may want your Relax Wrap for Deep Pressure Therapy only. This helps with anxiety.
2. You may want Deep Pressure + Hot Therapy. This soothes achy muscles and provides even more help with anxiety and depression.
3. You may want Deep Pressure + Cold Therapy. This helps with inflammation. It also provides a quick natural energy boost, thanks to that refreshing cold sensation.

All of our Relax Wraps can be heated in the microwave, warmed in a sunny window sill, used at room temp and chilled in the freezer or refrigerator. Don't overheat or get them wet.

These are the best….
I LOVE relax wraps, I have some hip issues and neck issues that require some heat to relieve. These things are the greatest. I heat them up in the microwave for about 2 minutes and put them on whichever area and get a ton of relief. And they smell good too.?? I take them everywhere I go.

If I could give Relax Wrap 10 stars, I would. This is my second XL Basic Wrap and it is the same expertly made wrap as the one I ordered 10 years ago! The 10 year old wrap is just as functional as the day I bought it but decided it was time to stop sharing with hubby and get my own. Your family owned business Rocks!!

i really enjoy my wrap and ordered 3 more as gifts . the only thing i was sad about is the ,color it appeared in the picture to be a brighter blue , , then was dark blue when it came. , would have gotten different color if, i knew since they where to be gifts. .

Relax Wrap Christmas Order
I was notified by UPS that my order had been delivered, It was a Christmas gift and it wasn’t delivered to my door. I called Relax Wrap and spoke with Mama Sue. She said it was really UPS responsibility but she would look into it. Mama Sue called me back within the hour and had started an investigation with UPS. She informed me that they would be sending me out a new order at their expense because they wanted me to be able to have and give the gift of the wrap I ordered. I was amazed. Such a little company taking on that responsibility. What integrity and graciousness they displayed. I first saw & bought Relax Wrap ~16 years ago while visiting in Nashville.. I have bought several since then. I was unable to locate the one I have so I was very happy when I was able to recall enough of your web address & able to find you all on line The wrap lives up to my expectations. & I will probably buy another one soon.

This is the 7th item we have purchased from Relax Wraps! Owning a family run business ourselves, we love supporting other small businesses, and I can attest that they are the real deal! When you call them, MamaSue personally answers and the customer service is great. You can also ask for modifications, for example I asked for a collar wrap with a longer back piece, done without any issue. More recently, we ordered an online item. It was easy to pick exactly what we wanted and it was shipped out quickly. The products last for years and retain their scent if you keep them in their package when not used. The weight and heat of our Collar Wraps have been so soothing at night to treat tight shoulder and soar back muscles, and my Mom uses her XL Basic to pre-heat her bed at night. We love this company and their products, even better that they are a family owned, USA made company.

I have been using this product in the XL Basic size for many years, having purchased I don't know how many for myself and friends. Use them all the time, all year round, even in the summer when the AC is too cold for me. Thank you for continuing to a provide these products at a very reasonable price.

I will never buy another brand
These are by far the best heat wraps ever. They retain their heat for so long and they have the best longevity. I use mine almost daily multiple times a day and they last for a year or more. I buy a new one when the inner filling starts coming out, ha.

I absolutely would recommend this product to anyone. I had used the basic wrap but ordered the XL by mistake but was encouraged to try it and it really is great. I have used it cold and warm and it has really benefited me since my knee replacement surgery. Thank you so very much. And I love to support small business.
