The Neck Wrap is extremely versatile and popular. They may be used anywhere on the body, especially around the neck & shoulders, down the waist and hip, across the knee(s). It can circle the waist or back or placed on the floor under and over your feet. The Neck Wrap is handcrafted and typically 26" long & 6" wide. Sizes can vary slightly, since made by human hands.
This shape, the Collar Wrap and the Body Wrap are our most-often requested shapes, since they cover the most and still fit in most microwaves. 1. You may want your Relax Wrap for Deep Pressure Therapy only. This helps with anxiety.
2. You may want Deep Pressure + Hot Therapy. This soothes achy muscles and provides even more help with anxiety and depression.
3. You may want Deep Pressure + Cold Therapy. This helps with inflammation. It also provides a quick natural energy boost, thanks to that refreshing cold sensation.

All of our Relax Wraps can be heated in the microwave, warmed in a sunny window sill, used at room temp and chilled in the freezer or refrigerator. Don't overheat or get them wet.

A present surprise
My wife has had one of these for years. Don't remember how she got it but it is starting to lose the flax seed. We have tried replacing it with others but there is no comparison. The flax offers the freezer temp for just the right amount of time and the size is perfect. Can't go wrong if you get one of these
