All of our Relax Wraps can be heated in the microwave, warmed in a sunny window sill, used at room temp and chilled in the freezer or refrigerator. Don't overheat or get them wet.

I just got my neck wrap today. It was to replace one I got several years ago. It is perfect. I think it is actually a better design than the old one. Fits perfectly around my neck and over my shoulders. Helps so much with sore muscles and general aches. Great quality and service. Highly recommend.
