The Basic Wrap is a very familiar shape, used for years. We craft ours to be placed anywhere on the body, including on top of the head, when needed.
The Basic Wrap is made by human hands, but is typically 14" long x 6" wide and replaces that bag o' peas as your cold pack to stash in the freezer in a zip-top bag for an easy and ready reach. It can be removed from the bag and placed in the microwave for warm needs or straight to the skin for cold on both sides. Remember to spot clean only.
Every Relax Wrap may be used in 3 ways. You choose what will help you most at that moment.
1. You may want your Relax Wrap for Deep Pressure Therapy only. This helps with anxiety.
2. You may want Deep Pressure + Hot Therapy. This soothes achy muscles and provides even more help with anxiety and depression.
3. You may want Deep Pressure + Cold Therapy. This helps with inflammation. It also provides a quick natural energy boost, thanks to that refreshing cold sensation.
No matter how or where you use it, you will feel better.

All of our Relax Wraps can be heated in the microwave, warmed in a sunny window sill, used at room temp and chilled in the freezer or refrigerator. Don't overheat or get them wet.

I consistently always buy these types of wraps when I go to different markets and I have four or five in my freezer. And I use them every night. I noticed that there was one that was always my favorite and it was the Relax Wraps. I just went back and finally ordered more after having it for decades. It’s very durable. It’s great for the freezer and for the microwave and it’s the perfect amount of weight on your head, whether it even has a different temperature than room temperature. it really helps me with my migraines and days or nights that I’ve been drinking to help prevent any type of headache the next day. I also use it on my stomach for cramping.

Aroma too strong
Hi, I've been using your wonderful products since my sister gifted me one over 10 years ago. I decided to order this last one with a lavender scent, expecting a subtle, calming scent. What I got was an overbearing, knock you down smell. I had to put it in a sealed bag after using it once as it smelled up the whole house. I don't think it is necessary to over scent anything. So sorry now that I ordered this "scent."

Our family has been using the basic wraps for years and we love them!! My mom used hers so much it has gotten a little worn after so many years that she will be getting this new pretty flower one for her birthday. I use my basic wrap (warmed) almost every day and different parts of body mostly back and neck. I use it both to relax or on any sore part of body. Definitely recommend to anyone.

I purchased the single wrap for my mother in law. I have one and she was over visiting with us and was chilly. I warmed mine in the microwave and put it in her lap and she loved it. Amazing
10 years ago I bought one at a fair. My autistic son uses it every night when he goes to sleep. He can’t sleep without it. Well after 10 years off uses it got a few holes and the seeds were coming out. I was very worried about what I was going to do. We tried other wraps and they were just not the same to him. I finally found the relaxwrap website and I ordered him a new one and it’s just as amazing as his first one. Thank you relaxwrap you saved this mother.
