The Basic Wrap is a very familiar shape, used for years. We craft ours to be placed anywhere on the body, including on top of the head, when needed.
The Basic Wrap is made by human hands, but is typically 14" long x 6" wide and replaces that bag o' peas as your cold pack to stash in the freezer in a zip-top bag for an easy and ready reach. It can be removed from the bag and placed in the microwave for warm needs or straight to the skin for cold on both sides. Remember to spot clean only.
Every Relax Wrap may be used in 3 ways. You choose what will help you most at that moment.
1. You may want your Relax Wrap for Deep Pressure Therapy only. This helps with anxiety.
2. You may want Deep Pressure + Hot Therapy. This soothes achy muscles and provides even more help with anxiety and depression.
3. You may want Deep Pressure + Cold Therapy. This helps with inflammation. It also provides a quick natural energy boost, thanks to that refreshing cold sensation.
No matter how or where you use it, you will feel better.

All of our Relax Wraps can be heated in the microwave, warmed in a sunny window sill, used at room temp and chilled in the freezer or refrigerator. Don't overheat or get them wet.

I have been using the basic wrap since 2010 for my neck. It's the only one that I ever use and love it. Just purchased another one so that I could have a hot one on my neck and a cold one from the freezer on my forehead......heaven!

I've bought many of these, some as gifts, some I've accidentally destroyed (too long in the microwave by hitting an extra button -- 33 minutes instead of 3 does not work well, through no fault of relax wraps). Great for many heat or cold tasks for a pad. Love them.

I’ve been getting relax wraps for years, using them for my neck, cramps, & as position pillows at night. Give them as gifts. By far these are the best, buy new ones every 7 months for years. Fun fabrics. Wish they would have a special for committed customers otherwise perfect product ?
