RELAX WRAPS are extremely versatile. They may be used on any area of the body.
The Back Wrap can be wrapped around an elbow, knee, ankle or wrist. It can be strapped cross-ways across the shoulder blades and upper back, for those hard-to-reach places that hurt or are tight or tired.
Use the Back Wrap turned around to cover the tummy or upper thighs- wherever needed. The beauty of the straps are to help stay in place and wear under that shirt or jacket for mobile relief.
WHEN HEATING THE BACK WRAP, be sure to cover or hide the Velcro straps, to keep from overheating them. We recommend rolling or folding the Back Wrap in a ball or square with the straps tucked inside.

Every Relax Wrap can be easily used in 3 ways. You choose what which is what you need at the moment:
1. Deep Pressure Therapy, as this helps with depression and anxiety.
2. Deep Pressure + Hot Therapy, as this soothes achy muscles and provides even more help with pain anxiety and depression.
3. Deep Pressure + Cold Therapy, as this helps with inflammation, as it provides a quick natural energy boost with that refreshing cold sensation.
(Many therapists have told us they recommend starting with Cold Therapy, then Hot Therapy.)

All of our Relax Wraps can be heated in the microwave, warmed in a sunny window sill, used at room temp and chilled in the freezer or refrigerator. Don't overheat or get them wet.

Neck and back wrap. Waist wrap with velcro
I have enjoyed and been soothed by relax wraps for years. With osteoporosis arthritis in my neck and lower back the wraps have been a constant companion. I found this wonderful product at a craft fair in Germantown Tn many years ago. Later, i actually was in Nashville looking for your store in the mall. Finally found your store right next to our hotel. Came in to shop and left with fabulous finds. Thank you so much. I buy several at a time for gifts. Easy to heat and wrap around neck back and waist. I will always use these wraps. Tried to make one myself but yours are best. I have one on at this very moment. Many thanks for helping people through pain. Forever a customer. Mimi.

Relax back wrap
I have purchased several back wraps. I use mine daily(sometimes several times a day), due to chronic back pain. I have never been disappointed. I have also purchased other items(eye mask, shoulder and back wrap). I’ve enjoyed them all.

Back wrap
I love the back wrap. I really like the new pattern as well. If your small like me, make sure you request the smaller size when you order and write that in the comment. The only reason I didn’t give a 5 star is because even with the small size, I’m going to have to pay someone to add Velcro further down so that the flap will stay in place bc it still wraps around me a good bit. I’m a nurse and wear of all day at work and love it. I have coworkers who do the same. I have various relax wrap products and will likely look into more, but this one has been my favorite by far, even with it still not fitting perfect since I need to add more Velcro. I would recommend this company to any of my family or friends. I’m very glad that I have discovered them!

Loved for years!
I’ve owned a back wrap for 8 years and absolutely love it. I love that I can enjoy it walking around, or lying down. And the Velcro has held up great under many, many uses! I also have the eye wrap and love it for headaches.
