RELAX WRAPS are extremely versatile. They may be used on any area of the body.
The Back Wrap can be wrapped around an elbow, knee, ankle or wrist. It can be strapped cross-ways across the shoulder blades and upper back, for those hard-to-reach places that hurt or are tight or tired.
Use the Back Wrap turned around to cover the tummy or upper thighs- wherever needed. The beauty of the straps are to help stay in place and wear under that shirt or jacket for mobile relief.
WHEN HEATING THE BACK WRAP, be sure to cover or hide the Velcro straps, to keep from overheating them. We recommend rolling or folding the Back Wrap in a ball or square with the straps tucked inside.

Every Relax Wrap can be easily used in 3 ways. You choose what which is what you need at the moment:
1. Deep Pressure Therapy, as this helps with depression and anxiety.
2. Deep Pressure + Hot Therapy, as this soothes achy muscles and provides even more help with pain anxiety and depression.
3. Deep Pressure + Cold Therapy, as this helps with inflammation, as it provides a quick natural energy boost with that refreshing cold sensation.

All of our Relax Wraps can be heated in the microwave, warmed in a sunny window sill, used at room temp and chilled in the freezer or refrigerator. Don't overheat or get them wet.

Back Wrap=Good Nights Sleep
I just ordered and received the Back Wrap. While I’ve religiously been using a microwave heating wrap for 10 years, I’ve never had one from Relax Wraps. The colors are beautiful, the aroma, Lavender, is soothing, ordering was easy, delivery was timely as promised. But the quality of the product is what’s impressive. I wasn’t sure about the straps, but they are just what I didn’t know I needed. I use mine to relax the muscles in my back, mostly at night. But there are times during the day when I need to use some heat. I love how it gently wraps around you and stays in place. I’m hooked, you’ve found a customer for life.

Back Wrap
I received a back wrap as a Christmas present--ordered by my daughter per my specs. It arrived in good shape, but simply did not seem to have the aroma I expected. I called, spoke with Mama Sue and she had me ship it back to be refilled. Cheerful and helpful--received the package back yesterday and the result was exactly what I expected! They even repaid the return shipping cost! This is the seventh wrap in our house and guaranteed I will replace older ones as necessary with more Relax Wrap product.. Back Wrap
I have been ordering back wraps both for myself as well as for gifts for family and friends for many years now. I cannot give a high enough review! These wraps have been my "go to" for so long now. I had back surgery many years ago and I still get flare ups. When I do, the first thing I go to is my wrap! I even use it just to keep warm in the winter months. Also, my cats love them too! :)

Sumptuous Back Wrap
I'm so glad I found this website and producer. The product is of the highest quality, finely constructed of premium materials, and provides great comfort. I will definitely order again, probably the shoulder/neck wrap, perhaps in their standard scent. I got the scentless one to begin because I'm a little allergic, but I think I'd like to try out the scented one. It might just send me to heaven!

Over several decades of back pain, I've tried uncountable products --- all of which promised relief from my low back pain. Every single one has either been a waste of money, difficult to use (1 required boiling after each use to reactivate something), ineffective... or all three. Until I was in a mall in Nashville and stumbled across a kiosk selling your products. I bought one. Loved it. Used it constantly. Next time I was in that vicinity, I bought two more. Bought more over the years, until I finally wised up and located your internet site. This was my third set to buy on-line. I wear these hot pads for several hours each day.
